Your videotapes are safe, as we are accustomed to handling and storing all types of media.  Our firm uses only professional Panasonic equipment to ensure broadcast-quality transfer of your videotapes.  The format used is DVD-R Memorex DVDs which will play in all newer personal DVD players.
 Transferring your videotapes with our professional equipment will improve the quality of your videotapes, as well.  Scenes will be created when your videos stop and start.   This enables you to skip to certain scenes when playing your new DVDs.

You cannot edit your new DVDs on your computer, just as you would not be able to edit a typical movie DVD that you would buy.  If you would like your videotapes in a digital format that would allow you to edit them on your computer.

We recommend putting your videos in individual Ziplock bags and sending the videos in a cardboard box.  Our turn-around time is 5-business days from the date we receive your order.  If you desire to have your DVDs sooner, a $10.00 per tape charge will apply.
